How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are ready to ship within 24 hours or the next business day. Simply add 1 business day to the shipping time, and that is when you can expect your order. Note that all shipping times listed at checkout correctly state the number of business days it will take for you to receive the order.

How do I customize my program?

Click on the product you are interested in customizing. Below the product title and price is a button that says “Customize”. Clicking this button will open the customization tool. From this screen you will have the ability to replace all images and the change text (including font style). You will not have the ability to move text and images, as doing so may cause the program to print off center. You do have the ability to crop or otherwise edit your uploaded images. To do so, click on the template image and use the “Edit & Filters” button to crop or change the image. Cropped images will automatically align and center according to the design of the program.

How do the customization templates correspond to the layout in the final program?

Four-page programs are printed on paper sized 8.5in x11in and then folded in half, for final dimensions of 8.5in tall x 5.5in wide. As a result, the first page in the template editor “Obituary” is actually the last (back) page in the final printed design. The first (front) page will always include the name of the deceased. The middle pages are in the order they appear in the final design, left to right.
The red lines in the template editor are safety lines. Please ensure no image or text exceeds the barrier of these lines. These lines will NOT appear in your final program. They are included in the template so that as you are editing you can be sure your entire design falls within the print area.

Do the colors in the final program look the same as what is on my computer screen?

No, each computer screen has a different color calibration, and what you see when you are editing your template will not exactly match the final print version of your file.

Do you proofread my design?

It is your responsibility to ensure all text and spelling is correct before placing your order. We recommend you preview your design before placing the order by clicking the “PDF” button on the bottom of the customization screen directly above the “Add to Cart” button.
